Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to role requirements
- Use various recruitment platforms, events, and networks to attract quality talent
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
- Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and selection best practices
- Participate in job evaluations and calibration meetings
Recruitment Operations
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with stakeholders
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Draft offer letters and support contract preparation
Process & Compliance
- Recommend improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and data in ATS and recruitment systems
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Reporting & Special Projects
- Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to leadership
- Lead or contribute to recruitment/HR projects as needed
- Manage sourcing programs or channels as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Familiar with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in multinational or shared services environments is a plus
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
