Job Summary
The Collection Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day checking of the completeness of Collection/Official Receipt series, validating buyers' payments through posted receipts, preparing penalty billing invoices for late payments, and preparing allocation entries to the respective billing to provide an updated and correct buyer's outstanding balance
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of used Collection/Official receipts, ensure that the printed accountable forms are properly recorded and complete in the system
- Ensure that all the details and information in the Collection/Official Receipt are correct
- Perform the monthly generation of the buyer's Scheduled Billing Invoice to reflect the total dues for the month
- Prepare an accurate penalty billing invoice for the late payment of the buyer, computed based on the scheduled billing and the actual date of payment
- Process allocation entry to ensure all the posted buyer's payments are properly recorded in the respective scheduled billing and penalty billing invoices
Work Experience
- 1 year experience
Educational Background
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance or any related courses
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am - 4pm
Work Location
- Head Office - Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
