Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 4–5 years of experience to lead Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Android and iOS app development, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience in banking, financial applications, or FinTech products is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator for one or more development teams.
  • Guide and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements, priorities, and goals.
  • Support Android and iOS app development teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.
  • Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Lead ideation sessions, presentations, mentoring, and group-thinking activities to drive team engagement and performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement in team processes, productivity, and delivery quality.
  • Mentor team members in Agile practices and project management skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience as Scrum Master or other equivalent role.
  • In-depth understanding of Android and iOS app development.
  • Proven experience working in Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and mentoring abilities, with the capability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in banking, financial applications, or FinTech environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
