Job Summary

As an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an agile mindset and guiding the development team towards successful project outcomes. He/ She must successfully demonstrate the ability to manage teams, complex projects and function as mentor for the project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging experience as a Scrum Master in mobile development projects.
  • Demonstrating adeptness in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
  • Implementing advanced technical engineering practices such as Code Refactoring, addressing Technical Debt, and practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Displaying proficiency in various Agile methodologies including Scrum, XP, Kanban, Crystal, and FDD.
  • Utilizing successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, and Agile Games.
  • Leading release planning and strategizing efforts.
  • Guiding the team and organization on effective Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting Scrum Ceremonies and collaborating with Product Owners to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
  • Assisting the team in defining and achieving Definition of Done (DOD) and Definition of Ready (DOR) criteria.
  • Assessing team and organizational Scrum Maturity and providing coaching to achieve higher maturity levels.
  • Identifying and removing impediments or facilitating their resolution through appropriate channels.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SOW estimation, Work Authorization, Backlog management, burn down/velocity metrics, and story-level estimations.
  • Tracking and reporting Agile Metrics as part of the Sprint Cycle.
  • Advocate for Agile best practices, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and facilitate the adoption of new techniques.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential obstacles and uncertainties that could impact project success, ensuring proactive measures are taken to minimize negative impacts on timelines, quality, and overall project outcomes.
  • Promote SAFE principles.

  • Knowledgeable or Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and Jira
  • Scrum Ceremonies and Artifacts
  • SAFE Experience is a must
