Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, support product delivery teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of priorities.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and shield them from external distractions.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and team deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) is a strong advantage.
