Reporting:

  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or technical problems to the appropriate supervisor or department.

Member/guest service:

  • Addressing guest queries and requests, and assisting with minor requests to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Special events:

  • Preparing and cleaning areas for member or guest events and ensuring the space remains tidy throughout the event.

Safety and security:

  • Following all health, safety, and security procedures to protect members, guests, and staff.
