About the Role
We are looking for an organized and responsible Warehouse In-Charge to manage the control, storage, and issuance of tools, equipment, and materials used in operations. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper warehouse housekeeping, and supporting the logistics needs of the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the issuance and return of tools, materials, and equipment for daily operations.
- Maintain inventory control for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Request materials and equipment as needed for operational use.
- Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of tools and materials.
- Record all issuances and returns in stock and borrower cards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and proper storage layout.
- Prepare monthly inventory and usage reports.
- Report any damaged or lost tools and equipment immediately.
- Receive and verify deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Ensure safety and good housekeeping practices are implemented daily.
Qualifications
- At least 2nd-year college level
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Can work under minimal supervision
Preferred Skills & Training
- Warehouse Operations and Management
- 5S of Good Housekeeping
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- Computer literate (MS Office, inventory systems preferred)
