Responsible for the over-all allocation, maximum utilization, security and control of W Group's information technology system including but not limited to computer hardware, software, network infrastructure and internet/communication facilities. Oversees the availability of accurate and reliable information for management's actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information and Technology/Computer Science or any IT-related field

  • With five (5) years work-related experience

  • With three (3) years experience in managerial position

  • Experience in project management and IT-Network Security

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, organizes and supervises the IT team in providing and maintaining the company's computer systems, including databases, mainframe systems, data communication networks and software programs.

  • Formulates policies and programs to gather, secure and maintain appropriate data / information to protect management interest

  • Anticipates risks and recommends mitigating measures to reduce risks and expense.

  • Provides means of efficient information processing and communications systems to help management in arriving at a sound decision.

  • Keeps abreast with technological development that may be adopted by the company.

  • Evaluates and recommends applicable systems to acquire or maintain.
