
Corporate Accounts Supervisor

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the key contact person for executives and managerial-level patients from partner corporations.
- Ensure personalized service and swift assistance to VIP patients in coordination with medical and administrative departments.
Corporate Account Oversight
- Monitor and manage healthcare packages and service utilization of corporate accounts.
- Ensure that services provided are aligned with corporate agreements, health plans, and executive wellness programs.
- Coordinate with billing to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for corporate clients.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, diagnostics, and allied health professionals to expedite medical services for executives and managers.
- Facilitate fast-tracking of lab results, diagnostics, and other services for high-level clients when needed.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of corporate client activities, appointments, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on service usage, client satisfaction, and potential improvements.
- Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information.
Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction
- Monitor service delivery to ensure premium standards of care and hospitality are consistently met.
- Address client concerns or complaints swiftly and escalate when necessary.
- Implement client satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Team Supervision and Training
- Supervise and guide support staff assigned to the Executive Suites team.
- Conduct regular training and briefings on VIP protocols, customer service, and hospital standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, hotel/hospitality, or corporate services.
- Strong background in client servicing, account management, or VIP care.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS) is an advantage.
