QuestServ Solutions Inc. is looking for a strategic and detail-driven Accounting Head to lead our finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Manage ERP systems and ensure accurate financial data integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Netsuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
