  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Excellent client-facing coordination and good interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, and other tools
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Willing to be relocated anywhere in the Philippines. 

Duties and Responsibilities
- Implements the Project activities based on the schedule within budget ensuring the quality of work in a safe manner
- Establish, monitor, maintain, and update construction work schedules
- Supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Preparing reports as required
- Decision-making to resolve unexpected difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Determine and request needed resources including manpower tools equipment and materials from the start.
- Evaluate progress and accomplishment from time to time and prepare detailed reports
- Attend meetings and coordinate with the client and other subcons.
