Role Description
This is a contract Service Desk Specialist role, primarily on-site at Yondu's Manila location. The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues. Tasks include handling help desk requests, providing consistent service desk assistance, and ensuring seamless operations for users. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout daily interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a service desk, help desk, or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
