Position Description:

​We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.

The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.​​

Qualifications:

Can speak, read, and write in English and Japanese Language.

Candidates must have technical support or service desk experience

Native Japanese with PRV who don't need a working visa residing in PH

Non-native Japanese who is permanently residing here in PH

Fluent in Japanese & English
