Medical Training Supervisor (Licensed Healthcare Professional)

Job Summary:

The Medical Training Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing training programs for healthcare professionals. This role ensures that training meets business needs and helps improve employee performance. The supervisor works closely with other teams to identify skill gaps and create effective learning solutions.
