As a Legal Manager at Gushcloud International, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts and the review process for our US team. You will be responsible for supporting the legal department and facilitating the seamless execution of legal agreements. Core FunctionsContract Review: Carefully examine contracts to identify key terms, potential risks, and areas requiring legal attention. Work closely with the legal team to ensure contract compliance. Contract Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all contracts, including tracking key dates, renewal options, and obligations.

Ensure contracts are accessible to the relevant stakeholders. Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to collect necessary contract information and documents. Address any contract-related inquiries and facilitate timely resolution.

Legal Support: Provide administrative support to the legal department, which may include document preparation, research, and assisting in legal proceedings. Compliance: Ensure that contracts adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Flag any discrepancies or potential legal issues for further review.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Proven experience in contract review and management is preferred

Familiarity with contract management tools, particularly ContractbookStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with legal terminology and contract documents

Available to work twice a week in BGC, Taguig City, specifically on Wednesday and ThursdayAmenable with 5:00AM to 2:00PM shift schedule to support US team
