Job Description

As a BI/Reporting Analyst, you will

  • Leverage your understanding of the warehousing and transport domain within the supply chain to support operations.
  • Design and develop comprehensive reports to meet business needs.
  • Accurately document business reporting requirements.
  • Extract data using PL/SQL in an Oracle environment.
  • Utilize tools such as Jaspersoft Reporting, Crystal Reports, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to develop and present reports.
  • Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or application development as needed.
  • Utilize basic Unix skills and work within an AWS environment as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
  • Engage comfortably with colleagues and customers via Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms with the camera on.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in BI/reporting analysis.
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle and data extraction using PL/SQL.
  • Desired experience with Jaspersoft Reporting, Crystal Reports, and BI tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Additional technical skills such as Unix, Microsoft SQL Server, and experience working in an AWS environment are advantageous.
