A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a
Revenue Intelligence & Insights Analyst
, you will support the Revenue Operations team by delivering data analysis and insights that enable effective decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll build dashboards, analyze performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that span the entire revenue lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track pipeline, conversions, and revenue trends
- Supporting data collection, validation, and report development across GTM functions
- Delivering recurring and ad hoc KPI reports, including pipeline velocity, win rates, and customer growth
- Analyzing funnel performance, sales cycle trends, and territory metrics to identify optimizations
- Preparing data inputs and supporting revenue forecasting and planning efforts
- Ensuring data accuracy and alignment across systems like Salesforce and marketing platforms
- Contributing to automation and process improvements for better reporting efficiency
A BIT ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, BI, or Sales/Marketing Ops
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query and DAX
- Experience with Excel and SQL for data analysis and cleaning
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; experience with marketing/customer platforms a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
