Job Title: Reporting Specialist- Data Visualization

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
  2. Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  4. Evaluate and optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  5. Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
  7. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
  4. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  5. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
