Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in Manila, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing top-tier customer service. They will analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
- Strong Relationship Building skills with the top management level
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and feedback
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in managing customer success teams is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- with 5 years account management experience and selling skills
