The role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our facilities. If you Key Responsibilities

Custodial Duties: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas. Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and presentable for users.

Event Support: Assist in the setup and teardown of events, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment. Help implement and manage events, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

Maintenance Oversight: Monitor the condition of facilities and report any maintenance issues. Provide guidance on preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.

Customer Service: Interact with patrons, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints. Ensure a positive experience for all facility users.

Safety Compliance: Participate in safety drills and training sessions. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe pride in your work and are committed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, windows, walls, kitchen and cleaning restrooms to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage waste disposal, including emptying trash cans and recycling bins, to maintain a sustainable and environmentally friendly atmosphere.
  • Restock restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, to ensure our facilities are always equipped and ready for use.
  • Report repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets, to ensure prompt attention and minimize downtime.
  • Handle outdoor maintenance tasks, including, sweeping walkways, parking and clearing outdoor waste bins, to maintain a clean.
  • Lock and unlock buildings, ensuring security during off-hours (as needed), to safeguard our facilities and assets.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
