Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain accurate financial data in the company's accounting system
  • Record daily transactions such as invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Help monitor and summarize cash balances on a regular basis
  • Prepare and track check payments and other disbursements
  • Assist in payroll processing, including statutory contributions and deductions
  • Review and reconcile bank statements as assigned
  • Gather and organize supporting documents for tax filings and other compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative and accounting support such as data entry, filing, and generating simple reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related business field
  • Open to entry-level candidates with a strong interest in accounting and finance
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and has knowledge with Quickbooks is an advantage
