  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Accounting and Finance is responsible for planning budgets and cash flows to support business operations and growth.

  • Ensures the accuracy of the financial statements and supports the executive management team by providing insights and financial advice to inform their best business decisions for the company.
  • Additionally, will actively participate as a business partner to enhance the company's financial performance by working closely with senior management, department heads, and project teams on initiatives and actions.
  • In addition, it ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the effort to meet the overall business objectives of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • With experience in using NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
