A Food and Beverage Attendant's job involves serving guests, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by delivering food and drinks, answering menu questions, resolving complaints, and supporting kitchen/bar staff in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and deliver them promptly.
  • Order Management: Use point-of-sale (POS) systems, communicate orders to kitchen/bar staff, and handle payments (cash, card).
  • Menu Knowledge: Offer recommendations, explain specials, and answer guest questions about items.
  • Cleanliness & Setup: Set up/clear tables, clean dining areas, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other staff; assist with basic food prep (e.g., stocking, plating).
  • Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
