Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Suggest menu items or add-ons to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Handle payments (cash or digital) and issue receipts correctly.
  • Address customer inquiries or complaints politely and promptly.

Food Preparation

  • Prepare, cook and assemble food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure food cooked, presentable, and served following quality and safety standards.
  • Refill ingredients, condiments, and supplies as needed during operations.

Cleanliness & Sanitation

  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, counters, equipment, and utensils at all times.
  • Follow proper hygiene and sanitation protocols before, during, and after shifts.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Operations Support

  • Opening and closing duties such as setting up, stocking, and inventory checks.
  • Monitor and report low stock or equipment issues to the supervisor or owner.
  • Receive and organize deliveries or supplies.

Teamwork & Compliance

  • Work closely with co-crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Uphold positive work attitude and professionalism at all times.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Confident communication skills; conversational English is a plus.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with customers.
  • Passionate about food, service, and creating a high-quality guest experience.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and an excellent team player.
  • Adaptable to a startup environment, with flexibility and initiative.
  • Willing to work on various shifts, including night/graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
