About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead credit risk data remediation initiatives within a global banking environment. This role is part of a high-impact transformation program focused on improving data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across credit risk domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional squads composed of Business Analysts and IT Engineers
  • Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy
  • Oversee regulatory transformation and internal remediation projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across local and international teams
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Credit Risk, preferably within Wholesale Banking
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, SAS or similar)
  • Proven track record in leading transformation programs and managing large teams
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, including direct people management
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks and data governance
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Experience working in Agile environments
