The US Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for US-based entities.

This role partners closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and sound business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP

  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Ensure compliance with US tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
  • Review and improve financial controls, processes, and documentation
  • Support leadership with financial insights, modeling, and strategic recommendations
  • Manage and mentor finance team members (if applicable)

Qualification

  • Experience in the E-Commerce Industry or any related field
  • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably with US entities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with offshore or shared service teams
  • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-state operations
  • Background in Audit or Public Accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php140,000.00 per month
