Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience and technical knowledge on preventive maintenance services (PMS)
  • Can facilitate canvassing, bidding and negotiation or purchases on both supplies and services
  • With excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify the Purchase Requests (PR) and evaluate proposals/quotations based on price, top, quality and various charges.
  • Conduct site visits/inspections for PMS, repairs, maintenance and supply installation requirements.
  • Prepare Canvass sheet and Purchase Orders (PO) based on turnaround time (TAT).
  • Process and monitor PO.
  • Coordinate with the supplier/contractor on the delivery and mobilization schedule.
  • Prepare and update status of delivery.
  • Receive Turnover Record (TOR), billing statement, Official Receipt, Sales Invoice , Certificate of Completion (COC) and Purchase Request (PR) from Corporate Admin Department (CAD).
  • Prepare and monitor Request for Payment (RFP).
  • Transmit all RFP to Payable, Review and Verification (PRV).
  • Coordinate with accounting and treasury.
  • Process all PO transactions for liquidation and archiving.
