About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance and Admin Department. This full-time position is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial accounting and reporting support to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Accounting Supervisor in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitoring and maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance and Admin Department as needed
  • Helping to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and insights
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Job Specifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field


• With more than 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit


• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Generally

Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).


• Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax compliance, and other statutory reporting requirements


• Experience in preparation of Adjusted Trial Balance and financial reporting.


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel


• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy


• Good leadership skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal departments


• Ability to document accounting policies and procedures and recommend process improvements


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
