Overview:

The Inventory Staff is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, adding inventory to the system, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role ensures smooth inventory flow, timely order preparation, and supports overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update inventory in the system accurately and on time.
  • Receive and check incoming stock deliveries.
  • Organize and label inventory items in designated storage areas.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and pack customer orders based on instructions.
  • Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for dispatch.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock issues.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures in handling inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory handling, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move items as needed.
