Position: Full-time Tax Accountant

Location: Work from Home

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Tax Accountant with at a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Australian taxation. You will be responsible for processing tax returns and preparing financial statements for individuals, companies, and trusts. This permanent work-from-home opportunity offers a stable work environment with day-shift hours, following Australian business time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Utilize Xero accounting and tax software efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Australian taxation.
  • Proficiency in using Xero accounting and tax software.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable wired internet connection (at least 15MBPS speed).
  • Laptop or desktop (with minimum specifications of 4GB RAM, Windows 10, Intel Core i5 or similar).
  • Functional HD webcam, noise-cancelling headphones.
  • A quiet, well-lit, and organized workspace.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Australian business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PHT).
