Job Description for BookkeeperJoin a growing Australian Bookkeeping firm supporting your work with high quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:Preparation of BASWeekly bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliation, payroll, and accounts payable
Practice management and ad-hoc tasks as requiredAP/AR reports
Quarterly superannuation preparation
Annual PAYG summary lodgement / STP lodgement
Monthly cash flow preparation, accrual accounting, and commissions
This role offers a Work From Home setup with the expectation to report to the office at least once every quarter. Our office is located at Eastwood in Quezon City.This position is open to Intermediate and Senior Level candidates with the following qualifications:1-5 years of experience in AU accounting practices, including sales invoicing, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and finance reporting
Tertiary Accounting Qualifications (BS Accountancy)Knowledge of XeroKnowledge of Australian Accounting standards
