Fitzpatrick Ruschinek Zucker is looking for an offshore Tax Accountant with Australian SMSF experience to join our growing Philippines based team of over 25 staff working with our group of accounting firms. We are an established accounting firm with over 40 years of excellence in service to our clients.

We require Australian SMSF experience for this role with one of our practices. The client base is made up of sophisticated and complex funds in both pension and accumulation modes. This is an opportunity for an experienced SMSF accountant to grow their skills.

You will report directly to the Australian based principal of the practice. This role will allow you the freedom to work from home. You will have strong communication skills, and be able to work Australian Eastern Time working hours. Highlights:

Duties:

  • Year end SMSF fund compliance work through audit
  • Preparation of year end tax returns companies, trusts and individuals
  • Management of FRZ clients through the tax compliance process

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • 2+ Australian SMSF experience is a must
  • CLASS experience
  • Graduate BS Accountancy or Accounting related Degree
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
