  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, price negotiations, and timely delive required items.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of frequently used advertising materials and office supplie avoid shortages.
  • Assist in arranging logistics and transportation for delivery and pick-up of advertising mate props, and event equipment.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery receipts, and related documentation for procurement and logistics activities.
  • Provide support to the production and creative teams by ensuring all purchased items and logistical needs are available on time for advertising projects and client campaigns.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
