Job Description

Evaluates loan applications based on available data, ensuring the accuracy of information through deduplication and verification processes.

  • Review the borrower's 5C's of credit (character, capacity, capital, conditions, and collateral) to assess their creditworthiness.
  • Gather and analyze information including client submitted documents, interviews, bank checks, trade and reference checks, industry evaluation, and credit investigation reports.
  • Present evaluation results and recommendations to the appropriate approver for further discussion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, or a related field

Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the banking industry, leasing/financing Institutions or similar role involving credit evaluation

Strong knowledge of credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
