Position Overview

The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data related to fuel transactions, inventory, and logistical records into the company's database systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, supporting inventory monitoring, and assisting operational reporting requirements. The role requires keen attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and collaboration with operations and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode daily fuel deliveries, dispatch records, and transaction logs into the system
  • Maintain updated records of inventory movement and stock levels
  • Verify and reconcile data entries with source documents for accuracy
  • Coordinate with operations staff to ensure timely and complete data submission
  • Generate periodic data reports for management and accounting purposes
  • Safeguard confidential information and uphold data integrity standards
  • Assist in audit preparations and support documentation requirements as needed
