Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: preparing precise and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: formulating and overseeing the company's budget to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Audit and Tax Compliance: making sure the company's financial statements are in compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: analyzing and interpreting financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management for improving the company's financial performance.
  • Relationship Management: managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless functioning of finance and accounting operations.
  • Team Management: liable for managing accounting team and ensuring effective performance and development.
  • SAP Implementation: collaborates with external partners to efficiently manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu.
  • At least five (5) years experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
  • Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, with keen attention to detail and experience using ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Must be an effective team leader, capable of organizing and executing tasks under demanding conditions, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Integrity and Ethics are essential for this role.
  • CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
