We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Director to be part of our Finance Department. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and have a proven track record in overseeing financial operations and reporting, as well as experience in managing SAP implementation and configuration. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Audit and Accounting Management: Plan and execute internal audits and accounting to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: developing and managing the company's budget according to business objectives and directions.
  4. Audit and Tax Compliance: ensuring that the company's financial statements comply with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  5. Financial Analysis: analyzing and interpreting financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management for improving the company's financial performance.
  6. Relationship Management: liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations
  7. Team Management: responsible for supervising the accounting team and ensuring effective performance and development.
  8. SAP Implementation: works closely with external partner to effectively manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and support

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity
  • Experience with any of the Big 4 Audit Firms is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Must possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, keen attention to detail as well as experience with ERPs, preferably SAP.
  • Leadership Skills: Must be an effective team leader with the ability to organize and execute when under demanding conditions and the demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders from all levels of the organization effectively
  • Analytical & Problem-solving: must demonstrate strong and grounded analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Integrity and Ethics are essential to this role
  • Education & Licenses: CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
