Role Description

The Assistant Communications Manager supports the hotel's brand, marketing, and guest-engagement objectives. The role plans and produces content, manages social media and other owned channels, coordinates public relations and media opportunities, and safeguards consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all touchpoints. Working closely with Sales & Marketing, F&B, Rooms, and Operations, the position helps promote the property and enhance the guest experience through clear, timely, and data-informed communication.
