About the role

As a CSR | Open for all - Non voice account, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients via various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media platforms. Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and satisfactory experience when engaging with our company. This is a full-time position based in our Maybunga, Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and tact
  3. Updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to management
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to problem-solve effectively
  3. Proficiency in using various software and communication tools
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not mandatory
