About the role
As a CSR | Open for all - Non voice account, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients via various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media platforms. Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and satisfactory experience when engaging with our company. This is a full-time position based in our Maybunga, Pasig City office.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and tact
- Updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to management
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in using various software and communication tools
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not mandatory
