About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Super Bowl of China. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving the business to new heights.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight
  • Providing exceptional customer service by leading and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service delivery
  • Monitoring and optimizing restaurant performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment by mentoring and developing staff
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent guest service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving financial performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
