Job Description
As a Digital Account Manager, you'll manage end-to-end client campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across multiple digital channels. You'll analyze data, lead teams, and foster client relationships that fuel brand growth-all while keeping strategy, creativity, and performance perfectly aligned.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing space with solid knowledge of multiple digital marketing tactics
- 2+ years managing Account Management and/or Marketing teams
- Experience in eCommerce or conversion-focused marketing (client or agency side)
- Proven ability to analyze and present campaign data using tools like Google Analytics
- Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Track record of managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Process-driven and comfortable working in spreadsheets and technical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, energetic, and collaborative personality that thrives in dynamic agency environments
Your Daily Tasks
- Coordinate campaign workflow for assigned accounts based on strategy and process
- Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Specialists to achieve and surpass client KPIs
- Analyze campaign analytics to uncover insights and create actionable recommendations
- Prepare client reports and performance updates regularly
- Organize, prioritize and manage all campaigns for clients using project management software as the main communication, delegation and progress tracking vehicle
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication using project management tools
- Assist account leads in resolving client concerns and tracking performance progress
- Maintain organized documentation and internal records for all client accounts
- Oversee campaign budgets, invoicing, and creative coordination
- Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise
