Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required:

Essential:

    • Proven experience in digital production, project management, or account management — preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Craft CMS or similar content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams.
  • Solid understanding of web design and development principles.
  • Experience with Teamwork project management software (eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented — comfortable handling fast-paced, evolving projects.
  • A continuous learner who enjoys problem-solving and refining digital processes.What Success Looks Like

What will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of website projects — on time, on budget, and on brief.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with local designers and a development team based in the Philippines to ensure tasks are clearly defined, well-documented, and executed to a high standard.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand digital services.
  • Oversee client support and maintenance agreements, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous site improvement.
  • Review deliverables for quality, performance, and alignment with specifications.
  • Streamline workflows and contribute to process improvements across the team.
