Job Summary

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will lead our efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement across all digital channels. Your expertise will help us reach new heights and connect with our audience in meaningful ways

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

SEO/SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Analyze website traffic and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content for different target audiences.
  • Track email campaign performance and optimize for maximum effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications
