Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive Senior Administrator to manage financial and administrative operations within a financial services firm, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective support for both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial records, reporting, budgeting, and cash management

  • Process records of advice and implement financial advice

  • Maintain and manage client data and documentation

  • Oversee office administration, asset management, and filing systems

  • Coordinate meetings and internal workflows

  • Supervise and train junior administrative staff

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

  • Respond to client inquiries and manage ongoing relationships

  • Support project and contract administration

Requirements

  • Significant experience in financial administration within the financial services sector

  • Prior experience in Australian or US-based financial services companies

  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Software Proficiency

  • XERO

Education

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
