About the Role

You'll serve as the primary technical expert for Windows, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V administration. Expect deep involvement in infra operations, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability across the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to the delivery of infrastructure services for the client
  • Manage and support Windows Server environments (2008, 2012 R2)
  • Handle end-to-end AD administration (GPO, FSMO roles, DNS, DHCP, replication, objects, shares)
  • Administer VMware (ESX, ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA, DRS)
  • Support Hyper-V clusters and virtualization activities
  • Oversee vulnerability management, monitoring, and auditing tasks
  • Deploy and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems
  • Configure and manage WSUS/SCCM
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
  • Improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks
  • Contribute to Data Center operations and DR-related activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with customers

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6–15 years
    experience in Windows, AD, VMware, and Hyper-V administration
  • Hands-on experience in GPO creation/modification
  • Strong knowledge of AD-integrated DNS and DHCP
  • Experience with VMware advanced features (VMOTION, HA, DRS)
  • Experience with vulnerability management and system auditing
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • WSUS and/or SCCM experience
  • Exposure to private or public cloud environments
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Background in Data Center operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
