What You'll Do

  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions across commercial and entertainment portfolios.
  • Process invoices including validating, ensuring correct entry and maintain all transaction on time.
  • Prepare and manage invoice packs, template cover letters, and policy documentation with high accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client files using Salesforce, Insight, and internal templates.
  • Assist with data entry, form completion, and formatting of documents including schedules, applications, and declarations.

Key Criteria

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in insurance administration or broker support administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of deliverables are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with Salesforce or Insight will be an added advantage.
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Previous experience supporting Australian brokers or working in an offshore insurance team is highly regarded.

Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup after 6 months onsite probation.
