Job Responsibilities:

1) Assists in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Encoding data at Quickbooks Online System

2) Assists in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

  1. Bank Reconciliation for all Banks
  2. Accounts Reconciliation

3) Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with company policy.

4) Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

5) Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

6) Analyze financial data and assist in identifying trends and variances.

7) Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

8) Do the Finance assign tasks from time to time

Qualification and Skills:

  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is typically required, along with passing the CPA exam.
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities are essential for interpreting financial data and identifying trends.
  3. Attention to Detail: Must be detailed oriented to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

  4. Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for explaining complex financial information

  5. Knowledgeable in accounting system especially Quickbooks Online
