Your Role:
- Deliver learning administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Follow established work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for learning and development including pre/post sessions activities, vendor coordination and payments management.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for training-related expenses, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Facilitate cross-charging of participants training costs to appropriate cost centers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their learning administration needs.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure accurate resolution via ServiceNow.
- Actively work to achieve agreed and identified performance objectives in alignment with the Employee Services Leadership Team.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with the Leadership Team to meet agreed training and development goals.
- Assess if customer requirements are being met effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying shift or work schedule requirements and operation hours in-order to fulfill real time business requirements.
- Understanding and compliance of confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work.
- Ensure that all HR personnel data and sensitive information are kept confidential.

- Accountable in class management, vendor payment, reporting and inquiry management through tools and systems usage in relation to requests from the business sectors and HR organization.
- Understanding confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work such as personnel data and sensitive information.
- Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement and drive for efficiency.
Who You Are:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Learning and Development, HR Management, or Administration (e.g., SHRM, ATD, or similar) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, learning and development, or a related field.
- Proven experience with learning management systems and administrative support functions.
- Proficiency in HR tools and software, particularly ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
