1.     Plans work timetable based on production schedule. Provides MO and MRD to Warehouse In-Charge as reference for the preparation of needed materials.

2.     Checks cleanliness and clears the area before the start of dispensing activities.

Logbooks, cleaning forms, and clearances are properly filled-out, signed and dated

3.     Records and checks RH, temperature and air pressure during dispensing. Immediately reports any discrepancy found.

4.     Checks and ensures that the assigned balance is handled with care and protected from any damage and monitors procedures for proper weight checking of weighing balances.

5.     Receives the raw materials needed for dispensing. Checks the physical condition of the containers. Containers of the materials must be in good condition, properly labeled and should have corresponding release stickers.

6.     Supervises the weighing done by the dispensing helper in order to dispense the correct quantity of materials indicated on the Manufacturing Order. Extra care must be observed to avoid spillage.

7.     Counter checks the quantities dispensed.

8.     Ensures that materials are packed and sealed after dispensing prior to return to warehouse.

9.     Performs necessary transaction on the ERIC system to facilitate print out of coupon and manufacturing issue document.

10.  Accomplishes raw materials coupon with correct weights. Ensure that materials coupon has correct product name, lot number, quantity, container number and must be completely signed prior to attachment to the actual material.

11.  Updates raw material stock card on the system. Reports any noted shortage / overages

12.  Supervises transfer of dispensed materials to the Staging Room. Entry of dispensed materials to the Staging Room must be recorded on the corresponding logbook.

13.  Checks and records RT/RH reading of the Dispensing RM Staging Room
