About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships in a fast-growth scale-up. Unlike siloed account management roles in larger companies, this position is end-to-end: from pitching and onboarding through to campaign execution, reporting, and growth.
Your portfolio will span leading wellbeing brands across categories like healthy meals, activewear, self-care, beauty, and supplements. Some accounts will be managed at scale, while others will need deeper, strategic engagement. You'll also play a role in shaping the playbooks, systems, and campaigns that define the company's next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Win and onboard new wellbeing affiliate partners by pitching compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
- Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities.
- Position the client as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner's marketing mix.
Campaign & Platform Execution
- Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results.
- Influence the structure and opportunities in the client's placement campaigns alongside Marketing
- Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.
Product, Growth & Data
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner and member engagement.
- Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support upcoming database/systems transitions to ensure scalability.
- Act as the voice of partners in shaping the client's growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management (affiliate, loyalty, or media background ideal).
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Track record in both sales (prospecting, pitching, closing) and/or account management (optimisations, relationship growth).
- Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
- Builder's mentality—excited to create playbooks and processes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritisation and adaptability skills.
- Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement.
